820-00850 Restarts after login

[No-Clean]

Clean board already tested in known working case and same problem even with restored T2 and clean install of macOS.

Sometimes shows folder icon, sometimes shows prohibited icon sometimes it gets all the way to the login screen but as soon as the password is imputed and hit enter the Mac restarts.

Sometimes while waiting at the login screen it also randomly restarts.

Could this be NAND issue?

There can be CPU, or RAM problems.

Just in case, try some SSD tests in target disk mode.

SSD shows up in Disk Utilities on another Mac if I run first aid it works with no errors however I cannot see it in finder or any other SSD testing software.

Can you erase and format SSD from the other Mac?

Yes and I even wrote a large file to it via target mode
