820-00850 with PP3V3_G3H shorted.

820-00850 board with 65Ω to ground on PP3V3_G3H. With plugged-in charger, I get 3.3V on PP3V3_G3H and 20V.

Sometimes the short disappear and as soon I give power and remove it the short is back.

When I inject 1-3V into PP3V3_G3H, I can not see any parts that gets even warm and takes 0.06/0.03A.

What can probably be?

Always allow 10-15s after power is removed, before checking diode mode, or ohm scale.
If not, the readings may be affected by remanent voltage.

DFU restore fails.
