Board from other shop.
I See U700, U3200, U3100 has been replaced.

L7030 0V on both sides.
F7000 0V on both sides - no short to ground.
PPDCIN_G3H 5V

Any idea where to start?

Check 3V3_G3H first.
Next, all (4) LDO outputs for CD3215 chips.
Be aware, 1V1 only appears when charger is connected to corresponding port.

You can compare diode mode readings between both chips; on LDO rails...

LDO_3V3 at 3.36V
LDO_1V8A at 1.81V
LDO_1V8D at 1.8V
LDO_BMC at 0.0V

U3200
LDO_3V3 at 3.36V
LDO_1V8A at 1.80V
LDO_1V8D at 1.8V
LDO_BMC at 0.05V

Diode mode the same on both chips.

You may have to change both.
The problem is to get good chips for sure.

I've got more than 10 fake chips on Aliexpress, from various sellers.
I recently bought 5 "board wings" (10 chips), but didn't test any yet.

Replaced both with chips from China, no luck and two from donor boards - same issue and same voltages.

I see U7000 has been replaced as well - did that matter if its charge only 5V?

This board can be a nightmare, if they screwed it up in the other service.
You may earn just a wasting time...
