820-00875 dead cpu??

[PPVCC_S0_CPU]

All other power rails are present except ppvccgt_s0g_ph3, ph1ph2 and ppvcccpu_s0g_ph1, ph2.
i have removed l7210,l7220, l7410,l7420and l7430 and diode mode measurement on cpu side is 0.002 and 0.000.
is it dead cpu?

Very likely yes. I'm guessing DC in is 20 volts and PPBUS is 13? If so, yeah this is probably trash.

I haven't measured dcin, but ppbus is definitely 13 volts

Yeah if it's 13 then DC in has to be 20. This is probably dead.

Liquid spill on the new boards easy kills the CPU.

It was liquid damage, been to usa before aswell

Yeah if liquid near CPU VCore area then yeah it's done more than likely
