820-00875 slow charging

No liquid damage. Board looks pristine. Arrived not fully turning on. After disconnect and reconnect battery it will draw 20V and charge the battery around 2.5a as it should but after unplugging and plugging back in a couple times it will go down to 4.45V and steadily charge the battery only at 1.49a

Tried pram reset but no changes. Tried known good battery as well.

What should be checked next?

Does the machine correctly work with charger alone (no battery)?

Battery is always recognized by macOS?
Its percentage is showed correctly?

Check ohm resistance over C7020/23.
Run HWMonitor and check I/V sensors.
