Nothing on L7660?
What about U7800's LDOs?

Ceck diode mode to ground on all big coils, which don't get voltage.

The L7660 coil is connected to the PP3V3_S5 voltage, so I didn't mention the 3V3_S5 voltage as you requested

L7660 : 3V
VİNLDO3 : 13V
LDO5V : 5V
LDO3V : 3,4V
VINLDO1_0 : no voltage
PP3V3_PMICLDO : 3,4v

Diyot modu:
L9400 : 0,351
LB700 : 0,180
L7960 :0,059
L7900: 0,173
L8050 :0.162
L8000 :0.213
L7270 : 0,016
L7220: 0,021
L7210: 0,018
L7410: 0,017
L7420: 0,013
L7430: 0,015
L7700: 0,203
L8410: 0,917
L3500:0,194

"PM_DSW_PWRGD 1 volt fixed
..........
PM_RSMRST_L : No Voltage"
Bad enough...

Check S5_PWRGD level.
Also check R7802/10 integrity.
