with battery i get 19.5v and 3.55a with out battery i get 19.5v no A no fan spin

it had water damage i cleaned and got power but no boot
and how do i use smc bypass mode

you want me to reset SMC with the keyboard keys or is there a way to do it with out keyboard

i tryed with key board nothing when i get 19.5V with 0A nothing coming out of usb no 5V when i hold down power button the 19.5V does not cycle off

Be sure to use 87W charger.
This board doesn't turn on with 61W, if battery is drained off.
