820-00928 draws 20v no power

The board draws 20v and 0.8mA with high fan spin for 10 seconds then the current goes back to 0.00 and still draws 20volts
PPBUS_G3H=12.62v
PP5V_S5=5V
PP3V3_S5=3.319V
PP3V3_G3H=3.422V
PP5V_S4=0V
PP1V8_SSD_FMC=not present
PP3V3_SSD_NAND=not present

Check voltages on the big coils when the fan spins.
SSD voltages should come at same time.
Reconnect charger more times, if needed.
Be sure to use original 87W charger.
Also test with battery connected.

Any history available?

I tested it with original 96W now,it draws 20v and 3.06A.
It chimes but no display with high fan spin

Did you test external video?
Try w/ and w/o internal LCD connected.
