820-00928 No CPU Vcore

[Mac Repairs]

Hi all,

This is a liquid damaged Logic board.
Damaged the LCD connactor on LCD side. Fan spinging.
U7410 had liquid detect stickers gone red but no damage can see physically.
I get PPVCCSA_CPU and PPVCORE_S0_GPU
Missing PPVCC_S0_CPU and PPVCCGT_S0_GPU.

All the other major rails are present. I replaced the U7410.
Any Clue?

Probably damaged CPU, caused by liquid near its power supplies.
Could also be accumulated crap under some BGA chips, or just a simple corroded resistor/cap.

BTW, VCCGT refers to Intel graphics and do not expect it on boot.
