820-00928 One USB C port not reversible

Hi, got an 820-00928 with top left USB C port that does not work reversible (either with charger (0v on input) or usb devices). The other 3 ports work good.

No visible damage on the connector or ports.

Things I've tried:

1. Different chargers.

2. Different cables.

3. Known working USB C connector

4. DFU Restore.

USBC_XB_CC1 measures 0.030 on diode mode.

USBC_XB_CC2, USBC_XA_CC1 and USBC_XA_CC2 measure 0.540

DZ3352 and U3200 are the suspects there.
