You have a problem on UB400 area.
Did you change it?
Compare diode mode readings around it with other port.
Check diode mode to ground at PPBUS_G3H and post U7000 basic voltages; P_IN. AUX_DET, VDDA/P, SMC_RST_IN, EN_VR1, AUX_OK, A/BMON.
Also check SMC_USBC_INT_L level.
Tested with known good (charged) battery?
