820-00928 with distorted speakers

Hello guys , a client Brough in an 820-00928 with distorted speakers , which we replaced with new ones but the distortion still remains , is there anything special on this models when replacing the speakers that I should do .

What about headphones sound?
Both left/right speakers sound bad?
Check U6360 output level.

Very strange to have all power amplifiers failing.
So should be a problem with U6200...

The compartment for the speakers are designed to be AIR TIGHT , so when you install a new speaker you have to get try to get the same tightness, otherwise , the sound escape will create distortion. so I stuffed papers in the compartment to archive the closeness. So the issue was not from the board, I realised this when I tried with a different top casing.
