820-01041 20V no power

Hi,
i have this board very clean, no liquid, stop to work in use.
i have the 20V on usb-c, the current is cycling between 0,029A and 0,600A and fall at 0A
I try to restore but I can't see the Mac in DFU

PPBUS_G3H =12,31V but fall when the current fall.
Same for all:
PP1V8_SLPS2R=1,78V ,
PP0V8_SLPS2R=0,8V
PP1V1_SLPS2R=1,1V
PP0V9_SLPS2R=0,89V

how can I do?

May have a problem with some secondary power supply, which causes PPBUS_G3H to fall.
Check which voltage appear on big coils; when board draws 0.6A.

Test if starts with known good battery connected.
