The board looks like brand new, however, in DIODE mode on PPBUSG3H is 0 and seems in short.
I pulled R5400 to make sure the PPBUS was the issue, and pin 2-3-4 give me the right measurements in diode mode, but not PPBUS_G3H.

Any hint?

Check in ohm scale exact value to ground.
Then compare with all big coils.
Do NOT inject voltage, before discarding any shorted high-side MOSFET...
