820-01041 boot issues

Hi, ive got an 820-01041 that was originally not turning on.

It had the classic short on C9081. After replacing it turned on and worked normally except when using left side USB C ports it go very hot in that area (left side USB C ports temperature sensor was getting to 103 C).

I determined the culprit to be Q3200, after removing from board, i noticed pad 8 was corroded.

Replaced Q3200 but now to board wont take charge from left side ports. When using right side ports the machine turns on but the screen goes on and off for several seconds.

Tried replacing Q3200 two times, lines to CB212 and F3001 have continuity.

If everything is disconnected i get 5v on every PP20V_USBC line

The only difference i could find between the ports is on the DGB lines, which connect directly to U3000, that are not present on the right side ports.

i replaced Q3200 again.

Theres continuity between CB212 and Q3200. CB212 is not shorted.

Theres also continuity between Q3200 and F3001.

F3001 has continuity on itself and with C3201.

I looked for diode mode LDO readings on CD3215 chips and found that PP1V1_UPC_XA_LDO_BMC on U3100 is .0l

While on U3200 PP1V1_UPC_XB_LDO_BMC diode mode is 0.45

Could this be an indication that U3100 is Bad?
