small water damage at screen connector on the screen side(not get to the mac logic board).
working fine with external screen, replaced screen with good know but the same.
replaced U9850 still same...no display no backlight

Something else damaged by liquid.

The affected connector has direct connections with MLB.
Do not think that liquid didn't affect MLB.
A spike from backlight output to a data line, went back to MLB, of course.

Sometime only U9850 gets bad, but not always; is question of luck.
Be sure U9850 is properly soldered and surrounding components in place.

DP_INT_HPD can only go high if LCD is connected.
If stays low, PCH cannot detect LCD presence; internal eDP output is then disabled.
You have a problem with LCD assembly, J8500, or video flex.
