Damaged NAND chip, very likely.
Just for reference, these are diode mode readings I got:
L9020/21 410
L9030 385
L9080/81 401
The other channel (L95xx) should have similar values.
Don't expect to get exact same readings on your board, but in same range.

Lift the coils and check where the low value remains.

060 is very low.
You should get similar readings like the other SSD channel.
Corrosion under U9080 caused leakage from PPBUS_G3H to 2V5_NAND_SSD0 power rail.
Difficult to find the culprit, as you don't have a pure short there.
Just in case, remove the filter caps.
