i have machine start but stuck on apple logo
- Drive and ssd remove
- Programming new bios cleanME

Each start stuck on logo apple and no command work, only reset pram

You may have GPU problems.
Check if boots in safe mode.

Same, dont have option when i press alt for select starting device

No need to enter boot menu.
Board should automatically start from the USB macOS; if no other installation is detected.
Just press Shift key, for safe mode.

You can also check if is possible to enter in diagnostic mode.
