Board is perfect, no oxidation or short.

It has 20v and draws 0.2a from the source (without battery). Trackpad has click. In DFU mode, I tried Revive and Restore, both complete without error and Configurator gets padlocked.

Audio card is perfect, but I tried to connect with it disconnected, it didn't work either.

I disconnected the display and put an external monitor, there is no image either.

Any tips?

What error do you get on DFU?
Any S5, RAM, or PCH voltage comes on?

No error in DFU mode. It completes the revive and restore process.

I have the S5 line voltages

No other coils get voltage?
Check them in diode mode then.

If DFU didn't help, probably bad CPU.
All other voltages present, but missing CPU core.
