820-01521 no power after water

hello,
please i have 820-01521 mainboard with small liquid damage
after check, i have L7400 broken in two
i have replace it and without battery fan turn, 0.350A but no image, not work
with battery 1.620A but fan turn and image too
on big coil i have on :
L7670 : 5V
L7690 : 3V3
L7230 : 0.84V
L7220 : 0V
L7210 : 0V
L8100 : 1.1V
on L7400 replace, i have 1.12v

Sorry i have write in first message image is ok but no..
The machine start fan yes but no image, no sound, not maj led
When i push button power machine start, fan turn but nothing

Test the board disconnecting audio flex.

Isn't on the schematic...

Exact I confused it with other schematic
Its broken with L7290

The pch maybe still dead?
