820-01521 no turn on (PP5_G3S low)

Hello, this is a 820-01521 that came attached 5v 0A

In the reads, PPBUS_G3H and PP5_G3S were shorted. I injected 1v to those rails and found that C7675 Q7660 was damaged.
By removing these components PPBUS_G3H has a reading in diode mode of 0.456v but PP5V_G3S is still under 0.042v (diode mode) and I inject 1v and I don't get significant consumption.
I removed U7650 just in case but I have the same problem

I hope you didn't connect the charger without U7650.

Overvoltage went from PPBUS_G3H through Q7660.
So any chip connected there is suspect now.
Some chips have series resistor (like R7100).
Remove such resistor, where available, and check again diode mode to ground at 5V_G3S.
