820-01521 Not Charging

Clean board, not charging.

Battery removed measurements:
PPVBAT_G3H_CONN 12.56v
scl 3.3v
sda 3.3v

Battery is recognized at least?

Yes it is, it had very low charge 3v, I charged it with the power supply and now it is showing up but saying that needs to be replaced, I will order a new one and test.

New battery did fix the problem on this one just in case someone comes back in here to look for help.
