820-01521 stuck at 5v after water damage

i have 820-01521 stuck at 5v at the charger 0.04 amps.

I am not getting PPDCIN_G3H at the source of Q3100. UPC_XA_GATE2 shows 6.5v, but UPC_XA_GATE1 is 7v.
PP3V3_G3H_RTC = 3.3 v

i replaced the CD321500z, still the same problem.

Do you get same voltages on XV lines?
Where was the water spill?

Do you get all SLPS2R and AWAKE voltages?
Which is the exact PPBUS_G3H voltage?

the water was split on the trackpad

sometime after plugging and unpluging the usb cable so many times, i get 20v 0 amps
