820-01521 water damaged

I have 820-01521 water damaged, one USB-C port have 5v 0.3a-0.5a
The other one 5v0 0a
How i could start the diagnostic in this case.

What means 6.7?
Post exact ohm value to ground, not diode mode.

so pp1v1_SLPDDR_SOC 0.3 ohm

These are really bad values.
You can try to inject 1V to PP1v1_SLPDDR_SOC .
If T2 heats, the board is good for scrap...
