820-01598-06 No Key light and webcam not work

Before is my customer change LCD screen not correct model so key light and webcam is not work.
Now I changed with original screen but it still not work webcam and key light.
Please you help me.

First of all, welcome to the forum.
Ambient Light Sensor (ALS) problem; it is place on webcam board.
New chinese LCD assemblies don't have it installed.
Check if L8504 is not burnt.

Yes I'm checked L8504 is not burnt .
And I test with Original screen take from other Macbook it not work the same.
So it has problem with motherboard or other problem Sir?

Before is I think this problem is from LCD and I tested with original Screen full set it still the same problem.
The LCD Assembly is works perfect in other Macbook.

Is not clear why the client changed the LCD?
Very likely he did something wrong; like knocked off component, or broken trace.
Maybe didn't disconnect the battery first...
