Customer stated that one of the ports stopped working but the other would still work then both quit.
Initially after inspection: one of the ports was stuck at 5V no amp draw while the other was resetting. Pin 16 of J3300 was near short so replaced U8800 and both ports now behave the same with 5.1V drawing 240 mA and resetting every 10 seconds. Does not go to 20V.
Checked to see if stuck in DFU or if could go to DFU and it appears not that it is not able to go to DFU mode.
PPBUS is 12.29V
No known reason or visible liquid that instigated the problem.
