820-01598 cpu kernal crashing

This arrived with no drop or liquid damage. Customer said the machine just randomly started kernel crashing one day. The panic occurs within a few seconds of login or within a few minutes after login. Board looks pristine. Passed Apple Diagnostic.

What should be checked next? Should the CPU mosfets be replaced?? See attached photo.

Try DFU restore, if no important data to recover.
If need data, check if you can access it in Target Disk mode.

Does it stay on in boot menu?

If you hold option key yes it stays on then. Will back up data and try DFU restore

Just fixed one of these yesterday replacing fets.
