820-01598 no keyboard/trackpad and 5V on charger

When battery is disconnected got 5V and 0.25A on charger on both ports.
With battery connected it turns on but on login screen trackpad/keyboard is not working.
Fan on high RPM and 5V and 0.0A on charger on one port.
Second USB C port got not reaction on USB C volt meter - it is linked with U3100.

Diode mode value and voltages around U3100 looks correct.

I think I will replace but how it can be related with no keyboard/trackpad?

Any idea?

You should fix USB-C problem first.

Non working TP/KB may have other reason.

Replaced that CD3217 and still got the same issue.

USBC meter shows all diode mode values are correct.

Be sure J6700 gets all required voltages.
Try known good trackpad board/flex.

I can but only when battery connected and when will do "jump start" when connect charger.

You should fix the USB-C power problem.

Try to enter DFU using SE032 pads.

no luck

yes, got 5V and 0.26A on charger and every a few seconds meter turns off and turn on (cycles).
U3900 and U6903 gets warm.

Did you try to enter DFU using SE032 pads with both charger and battery connected?
You need to solder wire on the pads and cut off the wire when/if the machine appears in AC2.

Check if required SLPS2R and AWAKE voltages come on from U7800.

Are you using correctly DFU jumper?

Connection is correct.
But you should use larger and tinest wire; this helps you tu cut it off.
