Board came in no power, 5v 0mah, now i changed both usb controllers and get 5v 270-480mah but i noticed pp5v_G3s 1.8v and dont find problem.

PPBUS_G3H = 12.30
PP3v3_G3H = 3.4V
PP5V_G3S = 1.8V

U7650 pin 4 is high?

Did you try DFU?

Then you should have 0V at L7670, not 1.8V.

Machine isn't detected in DFU mode at all?
Check if corresponding AWAKE and SLPS2R voltages are present.
