820-01700 - 20V - 0.2A - CPU getting hot

Hey guys,

liquid damaged. a lot.

Amp-meter is going to 0.6A, then stays at 20V - 0.2A

CPU is getting hot on one specific area. gpu nothing.

What CPU area?
Which big coils get voltage?

Check diode mode to ground on all coils; compare with good board.

here is the picture...data is important. whats the most efficient way to get the data?

The data can be recovered in DFU mode; by an Apple authorized repair shop.
If you can complete DFU revive (NOT restore), that way is viable.
CPU is not needed in this process.
