820-01700 5v .02amp all ports, no liquid damage

not sure where to start, getting 5v .02amp on all ports, after a min or so drops to 5v 0amp, on all ports, ppbus is 12.34v, 3v LDO present all 4 cd32, 1.5v LDO present all 4

yes using oem 96w charger, noticed after a min or so goes to 5v 0 amp on all ports, when i first switch ports says 20v 0amp for a sec then resets back to 5v .2 amp, then drops to 5v 0amp, tried to enter dfu but not responding

PPBUS_G3H fluctuates too?
Check voltage on small coils around U7800.

BTW, write directly into reply box (under the last post), instead of clicking Reply button.
I don't see any reason to quote an entire post visible few centimeters above.

PPBUS_G3H stays 12.34v coils around u7800 have 0v, looks like dead short on pp3v3_g3h_socpmu, all caps reading .03ohm, should i replace u7800

It comes from 3V3_G3H_T (L7660).
There are many components connected.
Voltage injection method should help you to find the culprit.
