A2141 lft audio was not working right side audio working perfectly i replaced 6 audio ics from donor board bt same issue

Any hisoty available?
Just in case, did you try known good speakers?
Check R6405/25/65 and R4843/44/63.
Also check R5300/1.
Compare voltage and diode mode readings on SCL/SDA between both channels.

Remove R4844 and check where the low reading remains.
