820-01700 charging issues

[No-Clean]

Board is clean, had a short on CBB408 and CD3217 was also damaged, board alone always gets only 5v, when battery is connected I get 20v on meter but battery wont charge, while the battery still had some charge I was able to see its percentage inside MacOS.

Reviving T2 did nothing

I don't have another battery, what can I test to see if the charging circuit is working?

Test with its corresponding 96W charger!

Tested with 96w charger and new battery as well as original battery, same exact problem.

You must get 20V on USB-C ports without battery first.
