First it came in with water dmg to display connector, no image at internal, but external working. Now after repairing connector and changed screen flex board boots fine to os, shows apple logo, but after boots to os display goes black. I tryed safe mode boot, everything works. But normal boot no display after boot os

Looks like GPU issue.
Its driver is not loaded in safe mode.
Just in case, change U9850.
If still the same, may try changing U9801/10/60.

True; try changing mentioned chips.
Check the LID_ANGLE_SENSOR_ND/MGL.
Should be lid sensor problem.
Disconnect J4802 and check if maintains image into macOS.
