820-01700 does not wake up after sleep

[No-Clean]

Clean board when the lid is closed or mac is manually entered into sleep mode or if it enters sleep the Mac won't wake up, the CPU feels quite hot and if you plug the charger the Mac makes the charging sound but there is no image or USB activity.

Also tested this board on another known good case and same problem.

Already restored T2 and installed clean OS.

Replaced U4802

Before and after replacing U4802 this are the measurements:

U4802 and J4802 diode mode readings are correct voltages also seem fine.

What are U4802 voltages, when the problem appears?

U4802 signals - Lid closed.

Pin 1 - 0V
Pin 2 - 1.8V but I can only measure this with lid sensor disconnected
Pin 4 - 0V
Pin 6 - 1.8V

U4802 signals - Lid Open.

Pin 1 - 0V
Pin 2 - I can only measure this with lid sensor disconnected
Pin 4 - 1.8V
Pin 6 - 1.8V

It must be 1.8V; check if J4802 gets 1.8V at pin 4.

J4802 does get 1.8V on pin 4.

Then corresponding Hall sensor is bad, or corroded.
It MUST return 1.8V, when lid is open.
