820-01700. No Image. L8504 Blown.

I have a water damaged 820-01700 that I managed to restore back to 20V with boot chime however there is no image and the L8504 inductor close by the screen is blown.
I tried replacing it but without any luck.
LCD cable also replaced.

Boot sound, charger sound, key press to voice works so I'm pretty sure that the brain is still there, and it is just the image that is missing.
I tried with a new A2141 screen but there is still no image. I also transplanted the angle sensor with the new display. No image with USB-C to HDMI. (Stuck i Password or recovery?)

Any trouble shooting tips would be greatly appreciated.

Did you check external video disconnecting internal LCD?

Check diode mode to ground of J8500's EDP_INT lines.
U9850 may be damaged; even if usually external video remains available in many cases.

Also check if GPU coils get voltage.
