This mac crashes and kernel panics when trying to wake from sleep after ~5 mins.Only way to get it back is to force shut off and power up. Acts normal otherwise other than when you force it to power off the fans will run up just as it dies.
All values at J4802 match working board. Replaced angle sensor multiple others. Has same behavior with lid sensor unplugged and when booting from external. DFU restored the T2 more than once.
I had another tech who does a lot of CPU's and advanced repairs. He also replaced u8215, U8210, U8220. Problem persists.
Board was clean and zero signs of liquid contact, etc...
Any suggestions?
