820-01700 only 5v DFU mode

hi i have this machine clean no sign of corossion,
the device is on (dfu mode) tried to restore but i have errors like 4014/9.
it can get 20v only when restoring but always having error

machine got ssd voltages including g3s and PP3V3_G3SSW_SNS only when battery is connected
and upon/after restoring

if i test the board itself i only get 5v and its on dfu mode i didnt get voltages on ssd coils

all usb ports have same behavior

i have ppbus_g3h 12.31v

i also get 5v on r7020

i also have voltages coils around pm ic. with/without battery.

btw im using original 87w charger this i tested it to another same model board alone and getting 20v
any idea?

UPDATE:
i tried to flash the T2 ROM chip using T203 programmer
i used their T2 unlock data .bin
restoring using configurator is success now the machine boots up
with/out battery im getting 20v using original 87w charger

now my problem is i cannot activate the machine, itried edit using hex editor to put the original serial number to their .bin
but still the same unable to activate (failed to create activation request)

so i guess theres something wrong on its original t2 rom data.
anything that can help me here?

Machine was locked already I supposed.
If you did DFU restore, bridgeOS has been upgraded and no way to activate now.

hi just bought an adapter usbc to rj45.
lan cable light indicator is blinking meaning lan is properly connected
just wondering why still only wifi can search. is there anything need to press
in order to boots into a ethernet?
