820-01700 Short on PP3V3_G3H_SSD1_SNS and only 5V on PS

Board had some minimal corrosion around C9000 and that cap was shorted PP3V3_G3H_SSD1_SNS after removing it short is gone but that line is 0V and board only takes 5V.

I checked for shorts elsewhere and did not find any, U7650 gets its power on PPBUS_HS_3V3G3H_T but enable is missing P5V_3V3G3H_EN I followed that line and all is good up until PM.

Please advice.

SSD voltages must come on before S5 state.
If no low resistance detected on the SSD power rails, then try DFU.

No low resistance and no voltage on SSD rails, machine does not enter DFU state even with different entire case.

Do you get required voltages around U7800 coils?

None, I measured all coils around U7800, sorry for not checking this before posting, bty PPBUS is 12.3V

Do you get 3V3_G3H_RTC?
If yes, check R7900 and U7800 (SYM 1 OF 4 ) LDOs, page 76.
