UPDATE:
o.k i was find new water damage on U7370 i was clean and replace some components there, i was try again DFU restore but nothing..stuck on installation system and nothing on the screen and no fans.
i was also replaced U7370 but still the same.....

You can try heating BGA chips with quality flux.
No need to melt the balls, only burn eventually accumulated crap.

im suspect R7370 its nit look perfect can you tell me what values i need to get there?
Without R7370 dido mode
CPUSA_ISNS_N- 945
CPUSA_ISNS_P- 1175
PPVCCA_ISNS_S0_CPU-32 short to ground
PPVCCA_CPU_R-185

with R7370 ALL SHORT

Cannot find PPVCCA_ISNS_S0_CPU in schematic.

However, do NOT make wrong assumption.
No idea where did you get 32 ohm; but if is on a CPU power rail, that should be correct value.

Then seems to be good value.
R7370 is only 2 miliohm resistor.
Overvoltage induced there by liquid, could damaged CPU.
