board with water damage, clean all, 20v 0.2A for few second and then pull down to 20v 0.02A
just want to be sure that U3900 is bad and if its dead board..
PP0V8SLDPDDR_SW0 full short. was inject 1v and U9300 getting hot...

In such case, no doubt.
The chip only heats because of internal short.
