820-01700 wont restore in DFU. Big coil short?

Cant find any liquid damage.
Have 20V on charger it charge the battery.

At the beginning after power button press there was no chime and after 2-3 minutes there was short max fan spin and the same issue in loop.

Entered in DFU, tried restore and had error 10.

PP2V5_NAND_SSD0/1 have correct diode mode values.

Big coils resistance to ground in Ohms:
L7211/21/31 1.7 Ohm is not too low?

L7410/20 0.4 Ohm
Whats the safest way? Lift coil and then check?

CPU/iGPU core coils have low readings as normal.
However, not sure how low should be, better to compare with good board.
0.4 ohm can be too low (pure short) for iGPU coils...

L7410/20 on good board have 7 Ohms.

I lifted both coils
L7410/1 99 kOhm
L7410/2 0.6 Ohm
L7420/1 88 kOhm
L7420/2 0.6 Ohm

So looks like PPVCCGT_S0_CPU is shorted.
