Voltage and diode mode to ground at PPBUS_G3H?
If no volt (no short), remove F7000/1 and check C7050 voltage.

Check resistance (ohm scale) between R7020/60.

am getting 5v on ppbus before it switching to 20 I think this needs PP3V3_G3H_RTC_X present is it

Look better at schematic; where that volatge comes from?

Strange to get 5V at PPBUS_G3H and Q7030/40 be good.
Try changing U7000.

BTW, are you using 96/140W charger?
