No sign of life. I see big coil diode mode value is low... Could it be anohter chip than CPU shorted ?

CPU/GPU coils have low values as normal.
You should compare with good board.
The readings also depend by the CPU type.

What about PPBUS_G3H and 3V3_G3H_RTC?

PPBUS_G3H = .419 & 0V
3V3_G3H_RTC = .400 & 3.376V
F8400 is ok
F7000 F7001 ok

PPDCIN_G3H_CHRG = .529 & 5.14V
