Hi, got an 820-01814 that doesnt turn on, no DFU mode, no signs of visible damage.

PPBUS_G3H : 0v

PP5V_G3S: 0v

PP3V3_G3H_T: 0v

PP3V3_G3H_T is 5.1v when using the upper left and lower right usb ports (looking at the board from the open bottom plate position)

You can't expect DFU without PPBUS_G3H.
Do you get 5V at R7020?

PLEASE, use schematic refference for components.
Locate it on boardview, then translate to schematic, if needed.

Diode mode to ground at PPBUS_G3H and 3V3_G3H_RTC?
If good, post U7000 basic voltages; P_IN, AUX_DET, SMC_RST_IN, VDDA/P, EN_MVR, A/BMON.
Also check resistance over C7020/23.

Diode mode:

PPBUS_G3H: 0.0002

3V3_G3H_RTC: 0.375

U7000 voltages:

PPDCIN_G3H_CHGR: 5.1v
CHGR_AUX_DET: 1.3v
CHGR_RST_IN: 0v
CHGR_VDDA: 5v
CHGR_VDDP: 5v
CHGR_EN_MVR: 0v
CHGR_AMON: 0v
CHGR_BMON: 0v

Resistance between C7020/23 is 60kohms

"Resistance between C7020/23 is 60kohms"
Pay more atention when you read; is not first time when I asked such checkings.
Do you really get 60k between C7020 pins???

"PPBUS_G3H: 0.0002"
No need to check U7000 voltages then.
Switch to ohm scale and see if any big coils shows the same value.
Start with CPU coils.

Check all coils, including SSD ones.
If none gives the same value as PPBUS_G3H, then is safe to use voltage injection method.
First remove F7000 and see which side the short remains.
