820-01949-07 stuck at 5v.

Motherboard 820-01949-07 stuck at 5v - 0.03A(3ports) after water damage, 1 port doesn't power up.
CD3217B12 were taken from a donor
goal: get user data
Please advise.

One of the ports works only one side of the type-c. Pictures attached.
We found small corrosion inside the connector on the motherboard. Pictures attached.

I specified lot of times; do NOT post "V" if we talk about diode mode!

What 0V means there?
Is that short to ground, or OL?

Previous post measurements was Voltages with powered motherboard at the corresponding connectors.
