820-01949 touch bar goes off when touched.

Cant find any liquid or corrosion. I see display assembly has been replaced.
Touchbar works but as soon it is touched it turns off but is back after a few seconds.

Tested with another touch bar and small board and the issue s the same.

Any idea where to start?

Probably damaged induced in the LCD assembly replacement.
Check for knocked off components, broken traces, bad connectios.
