820-01958 charges the battery but won't power up

this site wouldn't let me renew my subscription with my original account.

this board is charging the battery because it ramps up to 1.8 amps on the meter. it will go into dfu and it will go through a revive but it never powers up at all. pm_slp_sus_l is 3v . pm_slp_s5_l is 0v. is this a chipset issue?

Did you fix your subscription problem?
