battery board was corroded so I didn't bother plugging it in. there was corrosion around Q7065 and Q7401. haven't replaced anything yet. board refuses to boot with by-3200 cable, not sure if the battery charging circuit would stop boot or if there is another underlying issue. sits at 20v 100ma. I did try plugging a battery in and it went up to 500ma so it appears to be charging? not sure what to check next.
