820-01958 no PP3V3_TBT_X_SX

My reference only: REF1121

This board has been wet and prior repair attempts have been made.
I get nothing for PP3V3_TBT_X_SX but I do get PP3V3_G3H_RTC.
I have replaced the following: U8225, U8320, C3106, C9062.
I reflowed U7000.
Not sure where to go next?

PP3V3_TBT_X_SX comes from U3100, or U8300; depends which resistor (R4311/12) is soldered on the MLB.
Did you note different behavior for PP3V3_TBT_T_SX ?

Do you get T2 required voltages?
Check around U7800.
Test if machine enters DFU.
